I am also getting 1fps when playing with mods and then minecraft will crash. When playing without mods I am getting about 60fps. I am playing this on a PowerSpec 1510 /GTX 1070 8GB / 16 GB ram. Have attached log files for assistance. I was able to play this with no issues on an older Win7 desktop with an Intel shared graphics card and 4 total ram.
