Forge won't disable Mods [1.8]

Please someone Reply I need to fix it. It's a jar file so I can't delete or rename it. -
I had pixelmon enabled as soon as I downloaded it now that I will play something else when I want it turned off I can't disable the disable button does nothing. Please help, and I can't rename it.
