    Failed to download

    I got forge two days ago and was hoping to get mods for 1.12.2. When I opened forge and tried to install it, it failed and said "These libraries failed to download. Try again. org.scala-lang:scala-compiler:2.11.1 org.scala-lang:scala-library:2.11.1" I tried different versions, took down firewall, asked friends, and googled it. I just bought this computer, but I have used forge before to play with mods on another. Help? Thank you.
