    Low GPU usage using forge 1.8.9/1.8.8/1.8

    Whenever I use any 1.8 forge versions my GPU usage hovers around 15%-25% resulting in low FPS, I have tested by taking the mods folder out (so mods isn't the problem) and running only forge (same thing happens, low fps) , In vanilla or any other forge version my GPU usage is 30%-50% which is how it should be. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem or is it just me?
