  1. I mean, wouldn't it be possible to change a few parameters of CTM to work for Json files?
  2. Oh man. So it really isn't possible without mods? Well do anyone knows of an existing mod that allows me to set up such interactions? Like a ctm for models? I am intending to use it on single player. I dug up over the web but didn't find anything noticeable.
  3. Hello, i don't know if this is the correct forum to post this, considering my question has little to do with modding. It is about a Resource pack i am creating. I had an idea about a 2x2 Archway that naturally forms after making a 2x2 upside down stair structure (without one of the bottom ones) like in this image: The question basically is how can i, using resource pack assets, optifine and CTM, make the stairs react to adjacent blocks and change models accordingly depending on which blocks (specific blocks might i add) are present in front, directly above and behind it? i thought CTM would allow me some control over which models display in the game, but the control is limited to png files over preexisting blocks. I tried making the blockstate of stairs a Multipart instead of a variant, but it seems to bug out when checking for above, also i lose all of the Inner stairs - outer stairs interaction, that seems to be coded elsewhere.
