Downloaded "Main Forge Download December 8th" both version Recommended and lastest and the result was a huge lag ingame every 2 seconds and chucnk slow loading (only with forge, no mods) that without Forge werent there. Then downloaded "Forge 6.4.1 Minecraft 1.4.5" and tachan the game its running good again no lag
