I am getting the entity indicies error message due to the mods that i have installed and i heard of a way to fix it, supposedly I can use some systems Forge has to prevent the error but I have no idea as to how to use them. The mods I have installed and the error itself can be found in the text documents below latest.log crash-2018-02-09_11.25.05-client.txt

I'm sorry if I sound like an idiot for saying this but how do I use the systems Forge provides to prevent such errors?
