How do you make packets? Ive seen the packet handling tutorial on the minecraft forge wiki page but idk how to use it

Hello! I was wondering if it was possible to make a GUI with no container(inventory). I've looked around for awhile, but all the tutorials are for chests, furnaces(with inventory).

I redownloaded java and nothing changed How do you fix this?

Hi, when I try to run install.cmd, it works fine, then a few seconds later it gives me the decompile error. Console: (I typed it out, don't know where the logs are ) There may be some typo errors in the console, thats because I typed them out Please help!
