I'm trying to create new modded minecraft server. I have downloaded forge-1.12.2-14.23.2.2611 installer and run it. This has created 2 folders "libraries" and "mods" + 2 java files "forge-1.12.2-14.23.2.2611-universal" and "minecraft_server.1.12.2". The problem is that nothing is happening after trying to run "forge-1.12.2-14.23.2.2611-universal". On the other hand "minecraft_server file works perfect and allow me to create a functional server.
