goddamit, just what i thought would happen, the moment i realize on my own and fix it, someone points it out anyway, my new issue is this if you can help at all

getting this error when i first try to load the server for the first time. this is directly from the installer, and i checked and triple checked my spelling to make sure its all right that is the file view. i've been trying to fix this for a long time, can anyone help me? Edit: I've made a vanilla server before and that went fine, but this is my first time making a modded server. Edit2: yeah i know im an idiot and forgot the -jar, but it still doesnt work this is what im getting now, can anyone help?
