Never mind, fixed it. Thank you for trying to help me though.

I just double click on it and nothing happens really, it just doesn't open at all. I installed it by using the installer on this site. I first installed the client and got my mods set up and then I used the same installer to install the server and tried setting everything up. And again, nothing happens when I try to open it. That's where I stopped and tried to get help from people like I am doing right now.

I'm making a server for my friends but I can't start up my forge server. I launched the vanilla server and it worked, but when I launched my forge server, nothing happens. Nothing pops up and anything. I have Java 8 Update 161 if that helps.
