    Can't start forge server (jar file).

    I'm trying to make a Pixelmon server for my friends and me but I am stuck at this point, I've tried to open this file in many ways but nothing works, please help. Here are some pictures, first one is the file I'm trying to open which isn't opening and the second one is the result I get when using "java -jar forge-1.10.2-12.18.3.2185-universal.jar" in a .bat file. Please help!
