i guess when i restored my pc i have files in my one drive does it matter where any of the files are?

I was playing fine yesterday but my pc ended up needing a restore, so I ended up restoring my pc and now since there's a new update and what not I cant play the game I've tried downloading the forge it's asking for and installing it manually I've uninstalled MC I've uninstalled the twitch launcher I've deleted the old files to make new ones and nothing is working, I'm pretty dumb at this so take it easy on me lol it's also keeps saying The version you are trying to play inherits properties from an uknown version
