I have no idea why this isn't working, I even deleted the file it mentions to try to fix it but it still happens. Please help... This has been happening to me ever since 1.13.2's Forge released forge-1.13.2-25.0.215-installer.jar.log

Turns out this is not a bug, and has nothing to do with Forge. This is Mojang's 2018 April Fool's prank... Very funny Mojang...

I started up Minecraft, and randomly, my textures are completely glitched out. Anyone know what causes this? Screenshot of the issue:

I still do not know what the cause of the issue is, it decided to randomly happen. It repeats every time I try to enter the server, and the logs are not really saying much about it. I did find something that took up almost all of my latest log, it repeats over and over and it did so until my game ran out of memory with 5 GB allocated.
