    Server minecraft mod icons not showing!!

    Okay.. so i've looked around for a possible way to fix this. But I cant seem to find any solution! Whenever i go into my Minecraft forge server i can go in it perfectly fine! But when i look for a mod i can place down i cant see the icon and i would crash if somehow i can see it and if i click on it! I've been searching all around on Youtube but nothing pops up! Are the mods just not working ! BUT when i change my skin with the mod more player models or if my friends do, I can see them !! Are the mods just not working on the server? and why isn't it?! And when I search for something I CAN SEE THE ITEM!!!!!
