    Forge doesn't like my resourcepack

    My resource pack works in Vanilla but not in forge I'm using version 1.12.2 - 14.23.4.2705 When I try to load it up it just won't, doesn't crash or anything but it just refuses to work unless I'm in vanilla, even breaks if there is nothing in the mods folder. BrokenPack.zip
