Well, just see this plz... (this is my console, and my logs)

Hi, if i post here, it is because no one could help me with my probleme. My minecraft server is under thermos (search on google: thermos minecraft 1.7.10, you'll see what it is) and, it crash all time i run it. I tested it on localhost, and it continue, if some one can help me, it would really help me... it would be really nice... Mon serveur minecraft est sous thermos (rechercher: thermos minecraft 1.7.10 sur google, vous verrez à quoi ça correspond) et, ça crash à chaque fois que je le lance. J'ai donc essayé en serveur local (hébergé sur mon pc), et ça a continué, si quelqu'un peut m'aider... ça serait vraiment gentils... (mes logs sont juste en dessous) (p.s: for the admins, if my post isn't in the right categorie, could you move it plz?)
