    Mods Did Not Generate Config Files in Server

    Hello! I made a Minecraft modded server running on the latest version of Forge 1.7.10. There are 68 mods included. I was able to login and everything worked fine. I had mods like Starting Inventory, Biomes o' Plenty, and Morph. For BOP I wanted to change the world type to BOP. So I had to check its config files in the config folder. But then, there was no folder in the config folder for BOP, and all the other mods except CodeChickenCore and the Forge files itself. Can someone please help me? Will the server create mod config files when launched, or is there something I should do? Please help. Thanks.
