How do i do that when its just a bunch of random numbers, letters , and symbols? What would it look like?

I'm using 1.12.2 and only the weather mod works but every time i try to load in, it shows me in-game and then says "Shutting down internal server" and crashes to the launcher. Please help.

I put the 1.7.10 mods in the folder and it crashed, then i took out everything except Rival rebels, now it only loads rival rebels? Help?
