  1. I killed it, it never actually closes itself. It just stops responding if I click on it, I've tried waiting but it never responds so I end up closing out of it. Here's the play button, according to the files page I think this should be the latest version?
  2. Yup, here you go https://pastebin.com/beCytcAy Thanks for helping me out by the way, I really appreciate it
  3. Yeah, the version on the profile matches the latest.
  4. I only have the one version installed, the profiles for vanilla and forge are the only two I have.
  5. I think I have the latest version? I installed the first one available in the files area, 14.23.4.2712
  6. Around 30 seconds to 2 minutes, but I did let it run for 30 minutes before with no results. If I click on the window it becomes unresponsive and closes itself, but other than that it just sits there on the black screen.
  7. I haven't made any changes, but here's the pastebin https://pastebin.com/0LTmC4Bg
  8. I was able to play fine yesterday, the only changes I have made are an additional mod, but the same problem occurs without mods. When I hit "play" on the launcher, it takes me to a black screen which eventually stops responding and I close out of. My computer still acts like minecraft is running though, and I can't close it without restarting my PC. I tried looking for the javaw processes in task manager but they don't show up. It doesn't create any crash logs. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both minecraft and forge several times, as well as java. I am able to run vanilla minecraft without issue.
