How can I fix it?

I don't remember modifying it. I removed all the jars from the Mods folder and replaced them, but am still getting the error message.

Hi, I am not too familiar with Mac and the PC lingo. Please help!!! I downloaded Forge 1.12.2 for my daughter, I followed multiple instructions exactly but the game is not loading.
