    Error screen saying there was a problem with my minecraft instalation and that mods could not be found

    Hello I have an apple computer and I am having trouble using a mod in forge, I have watched a lot of the videos in You tube and non can tell me the answer. When the error screen said that there was a problem with my Minecraft installation I delete Minecraft and downloaded it again but this is still happened. What could I do to fix this?
