    memory_repo folder creating after delete.

    Structurize is a contained dependency of MineColonies. A contained dependency is a jar inside of a jar that is extracted at runtime into the mem_repo directory. You can delete the Structurize jar all you want, but it will just be extracted from the MineColonies jar the next time you start Minecraft. MineColonies depends on Structurize, so if you want to remove it, you have to also remove MineColonies.
