I've tried everything in this post before, Hold down shift and right-click an empty space, then select "Open command window here". when i try this instead of open command window it says open powershell window instead

Its not there, is it because i use the old launcher to play? https://gyazo.com/086054492c436b78b973ebfae49fb7ae that one to be specific. i dont know if this could possibly be it but i found this file https://pastebin.com/ri990Jh4 and just to say i use the old launcher because the new one will either refuse to load up and end up not responding, load up and stop responding at the dirt screen when loading into a server, load into a server and crash after moving for a little bit, or crash when you interact with something like opening your inventory or right clicking a compass on a server like hypixel or mineplex
