SOLVED! Solution: I deleted libraries folder from server and uploaded one that was created with 2705 installation.

I tried to do something with this and this is what I did: I reinstalled whole server and it worked. I installed default 1.12.2 Forge from my hosting panel and it installed version 2655 and it worked I uploaded Baubles and restarted server and it worked I uploaded Thaumcraft and it demands 2705 version and server is not working I uploaded Forge 2705 jar file to server and changed config to run it instead of 2655, I checked everything twice, file name is fine and it doesnt work with the same result as in the first post.

Mods: Thaumcraft-1.12.2-6.1.BETA20 and Baubles-1.12-1.5.2
