may have fixed itself, 1 second, need to mess with some settings, ill edit this post once i see edit: i removed an ' fps improver ' mod and it worked, took that screenshot right before i tried again, thanks for the help

my forge is also crashing, not sure if i should make a new post for this here is a pastebin to the log: (edited because didnt have the full log) https://pastebin.com/XSZPikfs also added a picture of the mods i'm using, i re-downloaded the launcher an hour ago trying to fix it, its version 1.12.2, any help is a appreciated, thanks!
