If it launches after deleting and launching once or twice, there is the source and it is time for surgery. At least I think thats the intention here.

It seems that noscript opens up all collapsibles, leading me as well to have a moment of "is this really f###### happening?" when looking at what, for me, looks like a page out of the middle of an unstructional booklet. Congrats to the web devs for making enough of the site work without scripts for me to only really have a problem NOW and not when navigating here.
