  1. thank you, this fix worked. i uninstalled every instance of java on my pc using the uninstaller on the website, then downloaded the recommended version (offline 64bit). thank you for your quick responses
  2. could you link me to a specific download url? i've tried a few versions already, and so far the problem persists.
  3. I just recently learned how to create and host my own server to play with some friends on vanilla minecraft servers, and it works perfectly everytime. But whenever I try to launch the forge.jar file to load mods onto my server, it does not launch at all, so none of the folders I need can be created. I've tried creating a .bat file to increase allocated ram and also see the error messages command prompt gives me, but I couldn't find an answer to this problem anywhere. I really hope someone can help me soon. cmdservererror.txt
