    I have installed forge for 1.10.2, opened 1.10.2 version of minecraft, but nothing changed, there isn't any "mods" button, forge profile or something. Forge is in "downloaded" in "my computer" folder with .exe on end. When clicked, I land on java site. Is downloading java only way to make forge working?
