Just two days ago forge worked like a charm, but recently forge hasn't opened. First of all, I checked the task manager and what I did notice is that Java's CPU usage started ramping up but immediately fell and its memory usage stayed constant, because of this it couldn't crash or close without me manually ending Java's task. I've tried getting a lower version of forge 1.12.2, but the outcome was still the same. I've also tested using a different version of forge which was 1.10.2, but it still had the same results. Finally I tried getting the latest version of Java, but even that didn't work. While I have done some research on my problem, nobody seems to have had the same problem that I have, or they have, but their solution didn't work for me. Maybe I'm just not patient enough, but I have waited a good 30 minutes to an hour for minecraft to start up before the situation seemed hopeless. Oh, also, final note, I've removed all mods before hand and regular minecraft boots up just fine, so the mods aren't conflicting because there are none.
