    that commit i linked its about the issue i am having i need to change if (RailcraftConfig.boreDestroysBlocks() || !worldObj.getGameRules().getBoolean("doTileDrops")) { to if (!RailcraftConfig.boreDestroysBlocks() && worldObj.getGameRules().getBoolean("doTileDrops")) { in the attached file
