Everything is back to normal now.

And when will that be? The server host should have given an estimated time for it to be fixed. Unless the staff here simply has no idea what the problem is, how to fix it, how to report it, or how to get a workaround up and running? As users of this product (and even donators/contributors), we should be told at least an estimated time frame until everything is in working order again.

Is there a number we can contact or a website we can go to in order to inquire about issues with outages or something? Alternatively it could be something as simple as incorrect file permissions on the files the server needs to serve to its users. Perhaps if we could get into contact with whoever owns/manages the host of this websites server then we would be able to solve the issue instead of just waiting around to play our packs.

I'd like to know as well. Hopefully the devs care about us enough to give us an answer.

It seems as though I'm having the same issue. The files fail to download/install for some reason. Here's a pastebin of my error: https://pastebin.com/sGpL5Bft I'm currently using the launcher MultiMC and it's been confirmed as a forge problem, not a modpack or launcher problem. Hope this gets solved soon because I'd like to try out these new modpacks I've just downloaded.
