When I go to install forge for 1.13 and 1.14 there is no windows installer option like there used to be on 1.12.2. are you still working on this or is this a glitch. Please help me

forge 2784 is not working with better foliage mod and sound filters mod and just keeps. crashing { I have the correct version of everything }

1.12.2 - 14.23.5.2775 Keeps crashing when I use better foliage mod, I have checked to make sure that I have the correct version of the mod, I have the correct version of the mod. This did not used to happen, It immediately says GAME CRASH Sorry For The Inconvinence
