Why is the site bad? Does it have malware?

I'm getting my mods from 9minecraft.com. It supply's links to all the mods needed for forge to work with TMI. I actually have resolved the problem. It is because I had a mod in there that conflicted with the CodeChickenLib. I removed the Dimensional Doors mod (jeez that was ages ago) from the mods folder. Thanks for trying anyways. X3

I download the latest version of forge available (not the canary build), and when i inserted the 1.12.2 .jar files needed for the Not Enough Items mod, it caused my game to crash and comes up with this message.
