I'm unable to start the server correctly, I am using the recommended version of 1.7.10 forge. I am also using HostHorde's Multicraft server control panel if anyone has experience with that. I have already tried redownloading/replacing the 'libraries' file and placing the two jar files in the '/jar' directory, both are done and it gives me the log below.
