    I can tell you what it says but it wont load enough to send. So im sure its my browser. It says: This type file can harm your computer. Do you want to keep Forge 1.12.2-14.23......jar anyway. Then it says 'Keep' or 'Discard'

    I can't open the folder on my windows 10, ive tried to download it again but it doesnt matter if i do that for the 50th time it wont open. It always says keep or discard and whenever i try to click Keep it won't let me keep it, only discard it. Pls help me!!!!
