    Forge 1.12.2 Crashing when I load my World

    Can someone please help me out. I have been successfully running my minercraft world on Forge 1.12.2-14.23.5.2768 for about the last 2 to 3 days with OptiFine, Dr Zharks Mo' Creatures 12.0.5 (which requires CustomMobSpawner-3.11.4) , and InventoryTweaks1.64 all running at the same time. Earlier today while using a map to map my world I experienced a crash. I continue to get crashes every attempt i make at opening my world. I have succesfully been able to open it once or twice by lowering the chunk render distance to 2 only to be followed by a quick crash with further play. I have removed optifine, and inventory tweaks thinking they might be the problem and that did not help. I have updated my Java and reinstalled forge. Can someone please help me out?! I have no clue what the issue is and why it has suddenly left my world unplayable. Below is the crash log. I just want to play my world
