launcher is 2.1.1462 I'm not sure which java version, but it should be the latest as I installed it just a few days ago *edit* I use the jre from the launcher before, i changed it to my installed java version and nothing was different, same error as before

I keep getting the same error for Minecraft forge 1.12.2 and the game crashes instantly upon startup. I have no idea what has been causing this, I deleted and uninstalled the launcher, mods, and everything. mods are from curseforge and not even in the mod folder during crashes. Any assistance would be appreciated! Crash log.txt
