Made a modpack that has stopped working after adding a few mods, but removing the mods hasn't fixed it. Tried removing some core files that might be conflicting to no avail. If anyone has any advice that'd be great, thanks. Custom-made

I have an odd issue, any item in a digital miner inventory is constantly outputted without being extracted from the inventory itself. I've tried with Mekanism and Ender IO transportation and both keep the duplication occurring. Also, Mekanism logistical pipes attach to every part of the miner and not only the output ports. This glitch has never happened to me before on any other versions, and didn't occur until recently (I've used the miner on this version without this glitch occurring before). Sorry for the really late reply, after re-adding AE2, the modpack worked fine again and I got back to making it and finished it (eventually). My guess is that EnderIO needs AE2 due to the ME cables present in the mods its self. Thanks for the earlier advice.

A new custom profile I've put together seems to be throwing up issues with AE2 and ingredients from it, despite uninstalling the mod and its dependencies/addons. Could someone please advise on a fix? Thanks. Pastebin: https://pastebin.com/y8psZgsX
