    Forge 1.13 for vanilla

    Hello, I understand that Forge 1.13 is difficult to release, as much has been changed in version 1.13, is it possible to release a version of Forge for vanilla minecraft using some server mods and plugins (VoxelMap, Worldedit, Optifine)?
