A zip file of my whole logs folder: logs.zip

When I try to launch minecraft forge, it loads my mods, then goes to 2/7, and stops loading. I have the correct version of Java (8u201) and the correct version of forge. I have attached a video of my process, as well as my error log below. Any help is immensely appreciated. Thank you.
