    Players get kicked when not on same network NOT PORT ISSUE!

    So the issue is that my friend is getting kicked from my server whenever he is not at my house, on my wifi. What makes this strange is that this only started happening when we "updated" the modpack. Before we added the new mods, the "update", he connected just fine. I know this isn't a Port Forwarding issue, cause if we removed the mods everything worked just fine. Also, he can TECHNICALLY connect, though he gets kicked after about 30-60 seconds. I have tried the -Dfml.readTimeout=90 JVM argument on both the server side and on his client side. So... im really drawing a blank... i suppose I'm just missing something in the logs... but hey... i must be blind :D... here are the logs...
