    i am using a premade 1.7.10 pack server download from technic but i cnat find a server in minecraft when i run the start.bat i put in my ip into the server area but it says server not found please help

    java version "1.8.0_201" Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_201-b09) Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.201-b09, mixed mode) i got it from the forge website

    when i download the forge server stuff of of the website and run it all of the initial files show up and then i go through the steps for standard server setup but when i try to open the universal forge file nothing happens please help
