i got this whe i tried to launch the universal. nothing else

yes i used the forge installer and yes installed the server option. when you open the forge universal file then you get the eula file where you have to set eula true. then i lauched minecraft server 1.12.2 an loaded the rest of the world and got the rest of the sever files, then i put the mods in the mods folder then i did the portforwording and lauched minecraft and joined the server. when i got in on the server there was only one mod that worked and that was one that gives mobs healhbars the rest of the mods was set on you need these mods to use these items and sorry for my english

so i downloaded the forge loader and lauched it as an server and did the stuff to get the server going. i pasted the mods in the mods folder and lauched the jav file.

is there a diferent forge loader? for moded servers

the server works fine, i can join it and stuff, but it wont load the mods

but there is no logs

My forge server dont want to read the mods i have in the mods folder.

i did but it dont add the mods folder

i had to make the mods folder my self

i downloaded the forge 1.12.2 forge and downloaded the server and am launching it by dubbelclicking server.jar

Am having trouble making a forge modded server. when i launch the server it does not use the mods in the mods server. am sure am doing it wrong but i dont know what am doing wrong. and yes the server works i can play on ot but without mods
