    So basically none of the mods I want to use will work yet; alright. What I'm most interested in knowing is why it seems to say it launches 1.12.2 instead even when I specifically choose 1.13.2

    For whatever reason, mods will not load in Forge 1.13.2, and when checking the debug.log file, it always says I'm starting forge 1.12.2 even though I deleted forge 1.12.2. Unfortunately, because the log file fails to upload for no reason, I have to use a pastebin link. I also had to use a small portion of the log file because at some point in the log file, it shows my IP address that I use for my private server; for obvious reasons I'm trying to avoid giving that out. debug.log: https://pastebin.com/uQHgXBqb Video proving I launched 1.13.2:
