    As title says, i can't install 1.13.2 using the installer. I already tried the cmd method but it didn't work. 1.12.2 installed fine with the win-installer but 1.13.2 installation always fails to download libraries for some reason. https://gyazo.com/2a292a215d3ead08d8b0458650eea7f5 (Screenshot of the error message) Using windows 7 EDIT: Added install log forge-1.13.2-25.0.76-installer.jar.log
