There is the Mods folder, also sorry about this but how exactly do i find/see the debug log?

Okay so, relatively new to the whole modding thing since i am more of a console player, but after watching a few guides and walkthroughs all night, i though i had it right. until i try to start Minecraft with mods. That being said the game doesn't crash or anything of the sort, instead it gives me a message stating that the Jar files in the mod folder are not valid "Mod" files. I've been doing exactly as it said in every video i watched and it worked there, iv'e made sure to have Forge 1.13.2 as well. Sorry if i haven't provided enough info, again a bit new to this, any help is greatly appreciated :) latest.log
