tried to load the forge and it said "faild to run processor: java.lang/RuntimeExcption:Failed to download realms jar See log for more details"

Hey, Over a month I'm trying to play in forge of 1.13+ non of them actually load up, And I really don't know what to do! I downloaded the forge and load them but when I start the game he crash and I even cant see way. I will be thankful if you can help me!

Just update my forge to 1.14.3 (Hed 1.12.2 before), when the game just started it open and crashed. I tried to open again but now its instantly crashes, I can't even get a crash report. I know that you need a few files to understand the problem so can you tell me which and where?
