Forge 1.12.2 crashes on launch. PLEASE HELP

I think im having the same problem. I will choose the forge version of mc then the game crashes -
I don't know what I got wrong this time but I had 1.8.9 launcher and it worked fine, but when I installed the 1.12.2 launcher, it didn't work. Need help ASAP.
