    Forge problem? Latest version of forge 1.12.2 - Please help!

    I was putting together a few mods for me to play with and some of these required an updated version of forge, I downloaded the latest version 1.12.2 2836 and went to click play after installing it into minecraft , but shortly after the game had crashed and it had given me no crash report. I hadn't updated java so i decided perhaps updating will fix the issue but after updating it still didn't fix the issue. I even tried using different versions of forge. Please help me as I have tried everything i could think of in fixing the issue. If this problem is not related to forge perhaps you could point me in the right direction to acquire assistance. Please help if you can.
